GULF JOB ("we", "our", "us") operates the GULF JOB website and mobile application (together, the "Service"), which help job seekers connect with recruitment agencies for opportunities in the Gulf region. Recruitment agencies manage their job postings through our partner admin platform, Gulf Connect. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
a) When you browse jobs: You do not need an account to browse job listings. We record anonymous view counts on each job post to help agencies understand candidate interest. We do not track your individual browsing identity while you browse.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way encryption (hashing) and are never visible in plain text to Admin, other agencies, or anyone else.
e) Technical / log data: Like most websites and apps, our hosting providers (see Section 3) automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and access timestamps for security and performance purposes. We do not use this data to individually profile candidates.
f) Local storage: The Gulf Connect admin app uses your device's local storage to keep you logged in between sessions. Candidates browsing the public site do not have accounts, so no personal login data is stored locally for candidates.
Your application details (name, phone number, and the job applied for) are visible only to the specific recruitment agency that posted that job. Agencies cannot see applications submitted to other agencies' job postings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Agency passwords are hashed using one-way encryption so they cannot be read even by Admin. Access to candidate data is restricted to the specific agency handling that candidate's application. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible threats.
We retain candidate application records for as long as reasonably necessary to support the recruitment and placement process — typically for the duration of an active job search plus a reasonable follow-up period, or until you request deletion. Agency account information is retained for as long as the agency's partnership with GULF JOB / Gulf Connect remains active, plus any period required for financial or legal record-keeping.
The Service does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use minimal local browser storage strictly for functional purposes, such as keeping an agency logged in on the admin panel. You can clear this at any time through your browser or app settings, which will simply require logging in again.

The Service is intended for job seekers who are of legal working age in their country and eligible for overseas employment. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and any such data discovered will be deleted promptly.
